About Me

Smiling woman with wavy brown hair, wearing glasses, a black sleeveless top, and a gold necklace, sitting in a room with a bookshelf filled with books and framed certificates on the wall behind her.

I’m Karen Page, a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of WellMind Counseling. I know how overwhelming life can feel at times. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by past experiences and unsure how to move forward. They may be struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, depression, grief, or a loss of motivation and direction. Deep down, they want to feel more balanced, confident, and at peace. They're tired of trying to figure it all out on their own. They're looking for a safe space to process their emotions, gain clarity, and create real, lasting change.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, manage anxiety and depression, process past trauma, and build healthier boundaries in relationships. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate CBT, mindfulness, strengths based strategies, or EMDR to support healing and growth.

I know reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you've been carrying so much on your own. You don't have to do this alone - together, we can take things one step at a time. Whether we meet online or in-person, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and hopeful about your healing journey.
